• scissors and craft knife
• ruler
• bookbinders needle
• poky tool
• pattern to cut cover and pages to size
• fabric glue or non water base glue
• pencil for marking lines
• cutting mat
• glue mat
• distress ink optional
• decoration the cover optional
• ink stamp the pages before sewing in is optional
